Pinot Noir (80%) gives this wine a rich fruit profile, with plum, black fruits and roasted red Macintosh apple. Chardonnay (20%) keeps the palate taught and serious, with electric energy. The cuve spent nine months in mixed oak barrels prior to secondary fermentation, giving the wines an almost Burgundian character and seasoned oak spice while
